SUMMER REGISTRATION INFO- Men’s Sundays, 5-Man Weeknight, Co-Ed Weeknight, & Women’s Div.

Our 39th SUMMER SEASON will kick off on Sunday, June 23rd, June 30th, or July 7th on fields throughout Nassau & Suffolk Counties!

Our Sunday league will be offering a 6 game season, 5 regular season games followed by a (1 game guarantee) Tournament that everyone participates in. Sunday 8-Man divisions are available in C/D division levels based on ability.  Sunday 5-Man divisions are available in A & B/C divisions based on ability.

The Weeknight League will be starting on July 2nd and feature a 6 game season, 5 regular season games followed by playoffs that everyone participates in. Only 5-Man divisions will be available. At the end of the season each division gets split into “A” & “B” divisions for the playoffs.

The COED Weeknight League will be starting on July 2nd. Games are 9 & 10PM in Massapequa. The season will feature feature a 6 game season, 5 regular season games followed by playoffs that everyone participates in (one division). If you need players, please let us know and we will send out information about our free agents. The Co-Ed rules are the LIFFL 5-Man rules but with a very strict NO-CONTACT policy (No wrapping up to grab the flag or making contact on a reception attempt). Each team must have 2 females on the field at all times.
