Women’s Sunday Summer League

Our 2026 WOMEN’S LEAGUE SEASON kicks off Sunday, July 5th

Games are played Sunday mornings at Cedar Creek Park, Seaford

The season will feature a 5+ game season, 4 regular season games followed by playoffs that everyone participates in (one division). If you need players, please let us know and we will send out information about our free agents. The rules are the same LIFFL 5-Man rules (Rules – Long Island Flag Football) but with a very strict NO-CONTACT policy (No wrapping up to grab the flag or making contact on a reception attempt).

Sunday Women’s- Team Fee:$450

5-on-5 Non-Contact
Ref Fees(Weekly at field): $50
Season: 4-game reg season + 1 guaranteed post-season game
Awards: Championship T-Shirts

HOW TO REGISTER- (Fill out the form, but DO NOT PAY until notified)

There are a few ways to register for the women’s division.

If you are registering as a player, fill out the registration form and we will use the information you provide to try and place you on a team. You do not pay until you are placed on a team.

If you are registering a TEAM, fill out the registration form and use the comment box on the bottom to submit your roster. Do not pay until your 1st game.

If you want to sign up with some friends, but not enough for a whole team we will place you on the same team and fill the rest of your roster with individual registrants (Free Agents).
