Our 41st SUMMER SEASON will kick off on Sunday, June 15th, June 22nd, or June 29th (Your Choice, later Start dates require double headers) on fields throughout Nassau & Suffolk Counties!

Our Sunday league will be offering 5 regular season games followed by a (1 game guarantee) Tournament that everyone participates in. Sunday 8-Man divisions are available in C/D division levels based on ability. Sunday 5-Man divisions are available in A/B & C divisions based on ability.
 
The Weeknight League will be starting on June 17th and feature a 5 game regular season + 1 guaranteed playoff game. Only 5-Man divisions will be available. Games are played Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday in Massapequa and Farmingdale.
The COED & Women’s Weeknight Leagues will be starting on June 26th. Games are 9 & 10PM in Massapequa. The season will feature feature a 6 game season, 5 regular season games followed by playoffs that everyone participates in (one division). If you need players, please let us know and we will send out information about our free agents. The Co-Ed rules are the LIFFL 5-Man rules but with a very strict NO-CONTACT policy (No wrapping up to grab the flag or making contact on a reception attempt). Each team must have 2 females on the field at all times.
