Our 2023 SPRING ADULT LEAGUE SEASON kicks off on Sunday, March 19th on fields throughout Nassau & Suffolk Counties!

Our Spring Sunday Adult league will be offering a guaranteed 9 game season, 8 regular season games and EVERYONE makes the playoffs! Sunday 8-Man(Open hand blocking) divisions are available in a/B/C/D division levels based on ability.  Sunday 5-Man(No blocking) divisions are available in A/B/C divisions based on ability.

Our Weeknight Spring league will be offering a guaranteed 6 game season, 5 regular season games and EVERYONE makes the playoffs! Games are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. 5-Man(No blocking) divisions are available in B/C divisions based on ability.
Sunday League: 8-Man $900 5-Man $625

Weeknight League: 5-Man $700(lights more expensive)
Ref Fees(Weekly at field): 8-Man: $70 / 5-Man: $50
