Our 38th SPRING SEASON will kick off on Sunday, March 20th on fields throughout Nassau & Suffolk Counties!

Our Sunday league will be offering a 8 game regular season followed by a play-offs and Long Island Super Bowls(Nassau vs Suffolk) for each division.   Sunday 8-Man divisions are available in B/C/D division levels based on ability. Sunday 5-Man divisions are available in A/B/C divisions based on ability.

The Weeknight league will be starting on March 22nd and feature a 6 game season followed by playoffs and Super Bowls. 5-Man divisions will be available. At the end of the season each division gets split into “A” & “B” divisions for the playoffs.

Sunday League:Team Fee: 8-Man: $800 / 5-Man: $550
Ref Fees(Weekly at field): 8-Man: $65 / 5-Man: $45
Season: 8-game season followed by playoffs & Super Bowls.
Awards: LI CUP/CHAMPIONSHIP T-SHIRTS/FREE SEASON

Weeknight League Team Fee: 5-Man: $600(lights expensive)
Ref Fees(Weekly at field): 5-Man: $50
Season: 6-game season followed by playoffs & Super Bowls.
Awards: “A” Division-LI CUP/ Individual trophies at field, “B” Division- Individual trophies
