Our 2024 Spring ADULT LEAGUE SEASON kicks off on Sunday, March 17th & 24th (your choice) on fields throughout Nassau & Suffolk Counties!Our Spring Sunday Adult league will be offering a guaranteed 9 game season, 8 regular season games and EVERYONE makes the playoffs! 31 Teams battled it out in 3 divisions on Sunday. The A Division was an insane gauntlet of recent champions that included the best of the best of Long Island 5-man Teams. In the end it was another round of LI’s biggest 5-man rivalry game with the Narps defeating the Degenerates in OT to win

Games are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. 5-Man(No blocking) divisions are available in B/C divisions based on ability. 4/23- We will attempt to play ALL games as scheduled!! Turf fields are obviously 100% fine! Cantiague, Field of Dreams, Roslyn HS, & Commack Middle are all 100% playing. Grass fields should be OK. With a broken heart, the league must announce the passing of Dan Alvino today. Dan was the 2nd Head of Officials for the LIFFL, serving in that capacity from 1992-2012.
